Ordering procedure

How does our online shop work?

We have done our best to make the processes on our webshop as clear as possible. Ordering products or requesting a quote can be done in a number of steps. We will explain how these steps work and if you have any further questions you can always call us: +31 (0)20-3460650 or send us an e-mail at shop@meetinglinq.nl.

1. Search

Short: Search for your desired product via the search bar or by category.

We have sorted our products on the webshop into different categories. You can search by product category and find everything we have to offer within that category. If you already have a specific idea in mind of what you want, you can search by using the search bar. You will then see the products that match your keyword/criteria.

2. Calculate

Short: Price calculation based on the requested specifications (number, colour and printing).

Once you have found the product you are looking for, it is easy to calculate the cost with your desired specifications. Enter the quantity, the desired colour and if the product is to be printed, enter the number of printing colours required. Now you will see the total cost of the product you have chosen and it can be added to your cart. During this process, you can view and modify your cart at any time.

You can now check your order or continue searching/shopping.

3. The shopping cart

Short: You check your details and go to checkout.

In the shopping cart, you will see the products you have requested. Here you can adjust your cart if necessary. When your order is complete, you can upload your logo (EPS. or AI. file) and fill in the desired PMS colours in the text block. You can also send us your logo at a later stage. In that case, please let us know in the text block.

Now you can proceed to payment.

4. Payment

Short: Enter the requested details for your registration (new customer) or log-in (existing/returning customer).

Here you can let us know if your delivery address is the same as the billing address and choose the mode of transport and payment. If you forgot to upload your logo (EPS. or AI. file), there is an option to do so here.

5. Completion of your order

Short: Complete your order.

After completing and checking all details, you can finalise your order by agreeing to our terms and conditions and clicking 'place order'. You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. If you have uploaded your logo, you will also receive a digital proof.
