Customer survey results
We are proud to announce our remarkably high average score of 8.3 points in customer satisfaction in a customer survey conducted by Qmatters. We are also pleased with the 25% participation in the survey. Questions were asked about the following subjects: employee quality, process quality, service level, price / quality ratio, and MeetingLinq image. We would like to thank all the participants in this survey and we welcome the feedback we got from it!
